I miss Sweden

Well we are all home now.  It's been a few days since Dreamhack and I know that at least I am missing Sweden.   Day 3 of the event was pretty layed back.   Breaky, Phil and Tobi made a few stage announcements for S2,  we gave out some prizes, etc.   It was a good time.   I was hoping to use day 3 as a chance to go hit up the Battlefield 3 booth and play it a bit.  But unfortunately I was too late and they were closed.  

After the final day of DH we went back to our rooms and got cleaned up and headed over to Club Sliver for the after party.   We all had a good time,  some drank a little too much *cough* Tobi.     The next morning it was time to start the journey home unfortunately.   We checked out of the hotel and in the process found out who sent us the fruit basket :)     Then we gave Tobi and Robert ( CEO of Dreamhack )  a ride back to Elmia ( Dreamhack ) and started our 3.5 hour drive back to Stockholm and stayed in probably the smallest hotel room ever.   The next morning we started our flights back to the US.   16 hours or so later I was sitting in my living room.

Hopefully Breaky and Phil will blog their memories of the last couple days as well.

DreamHack Day 2 Morning Update

Alright guys, so figured I would make a blog update while we are waiting for our matches to get started for the day.  So we ended casting from around 13.00 CET to 3.30 CETE, so basically around 14 hours of casting and to say the least we all were pretty beat at the end.

However, it was of course very worth it as we really had great matches, especially after the first couple of rounds and was as expected a great experience.  It was also awesome having fans constantly coming up to not only take pictures, but just talk about HoN in general which is always a fun thing and something I am willing to do.  We did finally get some TVs set up around our station as well for the crowd here to actaully watch the matches we were casting, as we were getting crowds of people obviously wanting to watch.

Now after finishing casting yesterday I was very worried about not having a voice for today, but it turns out its not that bad (at least from what I can tell just yet, but we will see).  Anyways, getting in today and setting up, we honestly figured it would be KD vs OK in the losers bracket Finals, but to our suprise and I am sure most others Nimp (former unZ) defeated OK knocking them out and instead being the ones to play KD.

So we have a hell of a finish in todays event and I am very excited to cast the matches today leading up to the finals basically 12 hours from now.

Also, we should be starting to get VODs up as soon as possible, stay tuned for them if you missed.
